I couldn’t leave this topic alone without including Frank Lloyd Wright, my favorite all-time architect, whose work exemplifies ‘Lines to Patterns.” These are photos I took at the Frank Lloyd Wright Room at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Great photos of Frank Lloyd Wright lines and patterns!

FLW’s designs have stood the test of time. The “Prairie” style design still remains a top contender in many markets. Beautiful photos 🙂

I keep thinking maybe I should change the title to not make the issue that I’m an old woman.

Very very nice submissions. Lots of good ones that week, and yours is definitely one of the bests.

I haven’t been to Falling Water yet, but want to go so much. I don’t live all that far from it, but I don’t have a car.

The FLW room at the MET was designed over a hundred years ago and it still looks great and modern. After FLW would design a house for a client, he later might send them something like a vase that he thought would look good in it, and then send them the bill for the vase.
